Refund policy

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods, under the Distance Contracts Act. You do not need to give a reason.

How to withdraw To return an order, contact us at support@sqrsthlm.se within 14 days of receiving your goods and tell us your order number. We will reply with the next steps. Please do not send any product back to us unless we ask you to.

Damaged or incorrect product Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@sqrsthlm.se with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days after we have confirmed your return.
